Fr. Francis Moget, born in La Tour, Savoy, France on 14th October 1920, is the last French Missionary of St. Francs de Sales who lived and died in India. Fr.Moget is one of the recent missionary stars to rise on the historical horizons of MSFS Congregation. His eventful life in India are new unwritten fresh pages in the books on MSFS of yesteryears “Vagabonds for God” and “Shepherds for Christ”, the two books he himself wrote. He has left everything that he had for the Congregation and for the Mission and I am glad to know that the gleanings of his writings as published in this book are some of the few precious treasures that our editors and publishers have found in his divestment of self. More than his writings, the example of his life as MSFS has left an incisive imprint of motivation and encouragement to each of us to be joyful and zealous missionaries, in the spirit of St Francis de Sales and of our Founder, Fr. Peter Mary Mermier.

Fr. Francis Moget, shares with us the essential tools for understanding the deep and practical spirituality of St. Francis de Sales. One of the most important outcomes of reading this book will be the re-connecting of our hearts with the heart of St Francis de Sales.
